Nima Montazeri

Managing Partner

Nima possesses over 15 years of experience in corporate finance and is an expert in matters related to financing public and private enterprises/projects. As a former committee chair at the Los Angeles Venture Association, he is an active member of investment community in Southern California.

Nima is responsible for development of over 20 residential projects in Los Angeles since 2009. He has actively managed a diversified portfolio of residential income properties in all areas of Los Angeles with a very satisfied tenant base.

As a managing partner at Plat Development, Nima is responsible for property due diligence and under writing, cash flow and budget management, property and portfolio management and ultimate liquidation.

Bahman Moshar

Managing Partner

Bahman has over 15 years of experience in international property development and marketing industry. His passion for architecture and design, defines his collaboration with award winning international architects.

As a managing partner at Plat Development, Bahman is responsible for management of all stages of property development, from site selection, acquisition, design and construction management to sales and marketing.

With passionate interest in significance of material, light and space Bahman understands the necessary design components that are required to make a project successful. Bahman takes pride in crafting each property to match the unique character of a given neighborhood, creating living spaces that anticipate residents’ needs and desires.
